A Life for Soccer

With a distinguished career in sports management and a deep commitment to the development of soccer at all levels, Kai currently serves as the Executive Director for the USA League.

Over the past 15 years, he has served in a variety of roles including Director of Coaching, Director of Operations, General Manager of the WPSL team, Assistant Coach and Goalkeeper Coach for the University of Tampa Women's Team, Tampa Bay Sports Commission's Grassroots Coordinator for U.S. National Team Events, U.S. Men's National Team Liaison during the 2011 Gold Cup, and various roles with the Tampa Bay Rowdies from 2010 to 2015.

His previous roles include six years managing the Tampa Bay Rowdies, four years with the Tampa Bay Sports Commission, and six years with the Women's Premier League.

For the past four years, he served as President of one of the largest youth soccer organizations in the U.S., the Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA), where he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a keen understanding of the sport. He also serves as an administrator for Pinellas County United as well as Vice President of Soccer Assistants, helping clubs grow and spread their message online. His experience and dedication are simply unmatched.
